The Veil Shop: Where to Find It, How to Open It, and What It Sells

Where the shop is in The Veil, how to open it for free, and what it currently sells — plus which stock and prices stay unverified.

In The Veil, the shop is an in-game menu, not a Roblox main-menu page: click the shopping-cart icon just below your Health and Sanity bars to open it. Opening it is free, and the only section current guides document inside the menu is Codes, with its "Redeem codes here!" box — as of the latest checks (October 2–5, 2026), nothing else in the menu has a documented tab, item or price.

Where the shop is

Six dated walkthroughs (September 13 – October 5, 2026) agree on the entry point: a shopping-cart (Shop) icon near the bottom of the screen, directly below your Health and Sanity bars. PCGamesN's walkthrough (updated October 4, 2026) calls it the "tiny shopping cart icon beneath your health bar"; TechWiser (checked October 5, 2026) places the Shop button below the Health and Sanity bars; Pro Game Guides (September 25, 2026) and Dexerto's walkthrough (undated) describe the same icon. A verification note from September 11, 2026 adds the useful negative: codes are redeemed "in the in-game shop, not the main menu," so don't hunt for this shop in the Roblox menus around the experience.

One description differs, and it's kept separate on purpose: GamesRadar's October 2, 2026 update says to hit the three vertical dots icon at the top of the screen, then scroll down and select the glowing Shop option. Whether that route opens the identical menu as the bottom cart icon is unverified. If the cart icon isn't where the guides place it, the three-dots route is the reported fallback.

How to open it

  1. Launch The Veil in Roblox and log into a server.
  2. If you're new, create your character and finish the short opening tutorial first. Rock Paper Shotgun (September 13, 2026) lists this before the shop click, and later guides (September 20 and October 4, 2026) order it the same way; whether the game actually locks the icon until then is untested.
  3. Click the shopping-cart icon below the Health and Sanity bars — or use the three-dots route above.
  4. You know it worked when the Shop menu pops up with a Codes option on its left side.

What it costs: nothing. No guide through October 5, 2026 attaches a price or currency to opening the shop. If you've seen instructions to join the BlackstarDW Studios Roblox group (and like the game) before using the shop, that requirement belongs to redeeming codes inside the menu — Rock Paper Shotgun puts it as "you won't be able to redeem codes without completing this step" — not to opening the shop itself, which no guide gates behind group membership.

What the shop sells

The one confirmed part of the Shop menu is its Codes section. Guides reach it by clicking the Codes option on the left of the menu (TechWiser, October 5, 2026), selecting Codes or scrolling down to the section (Pro Game Guides, September 25, 2026), or scrolling to the bottom (GamesRadar, October 2, 2026). The section centers on a "Redeem codes here!" text box. Two behaviors matter before you use it: codes are case-sensitive, and a successful redemption gives no obvious on-screen confirmation — any physical item you're awarded simply appears in your inventory at the bottom of the screen. The live code roster changes between updates, so it's kept on The Veil Codes rather than frozen here.

Beyond Codes, the honest answer is thin:

  • Gems (unconfirmed): one undated video guide mentions that gems — the material used for weapon enchanting at the blacksmith — can be found in the luxury jewelry box or bought with Robux from the shop. That's a single transcript mention with no price attached, so treat it as unconfirmed, not documented stock.
  • No documented prices: no source checked through October 5, 2026 lists a price for anything in the Shop menu. The game's monetization was re-checked September 9, 2026 as race rerolls, character customization and gamepasses (bundles were removed September 1, 2026), but nothing maps those onto Shop-menu tabs or prices, so they can't be quoted as shop stock.

The shop is not the only place to spend

Players say "shop" loosely for several in-world purchase surfaces. They are separate from the Shop menu, with separate prices:

  • The blacksmith provides enchanting as a service for silver. One undated gameplay video shows an enchant costing 100 silver; another shows a 900-silver enhance. Those are blacksmith fees, not Shop-menu stock.
  • NPC vendors sell potions in the world: one video shows the player buying out an NPC's sanity and health potions, with no price shown. Night Call potions, which several class quests effectively require, can be bought at Echo Hold rather than only found.
  • The merchant works the other direction — you sell to it, trading unused weapons for silver.

None of those prices belong in the shop's column; they're in-world transactions, documented separately from the menu behind the cart icon.

What is not confirmed yet

Each of these stays explicitly unknown as of the latest dated observations (September 11 – October 5, 2026):

  • The Shop menu's tabs and items beyond the Codes section.
  • A price for any shop item — including the Robux price of gems, and the costs of race rerolls, customization and gamepasses, none of which are confirmed to be bought in this menu at all.
  • Whether the bottom cart icon and GamesRadar's three-dots route open the same menu.
  • VEILOWEEN stock: announced October 5, 2026 with an October 10 release date, the official teaser shows a glowing jack-o'-lantern stall with a "Pumpkins for 20 Silver" sign and teases a new enemy and a pumpkin economy. Until that stock is verified in game, the 20-silver pumpkin stall is announced upcoming content, not current shop stock.

The Veil launched September 5, 2026 and has been patching quickly, so any of this can change in an update — the dates here mark what was true at each check.

If you're deciding what to buy

Since the shop's own price list is undocumented, the decisions players usually bring to this page live on these pages:
