The Veil: How to Reroll Race (Verified Steps)

Your race in The Veil is not permanent. Your starting roll is not a trap — you never need to delete your character or waste another slot. The Stylist NPC in the spawn town (the safe zone) opens the race reroll screen at any time.

How to reroll your race

1. Go to the spawn town, your safe area.
2. Find the Stylist NPC.
3. Interact with the Stylist to open the race reroll screen.
4. Confirm the reroll to roll a new race.

Before you confirm, think about whether you actually need the change: your build matters as much as your race, so avoid rerolling repeatedly just to chase the rarest one.

Getting rerolls

• Daily rewards grant free race rerolls.
• Codes grant rerolls: RELEASE adds 6 race rerolls (plus a party hat), and Verity Bomb gives 3 race rerolls. Redeem codes by joining the Blackstar DW Studios Roblox group, then use the code section in the in-game shop.

Race roll odds have not been published by the developers, so there are no official probabilities to cite — don't trust invented odds elsewhere.

What a reroll changes and its limits

Each race changes your stats: damage type multipliers, resistance, speed, luck or summon power. The one legendary race, Whaleborn, rewrites weave stacking entirely. Rarities span Common (Human), Uncommon (Goblin), Rare (Rat) and Legendary (Whaleborn), though several races' rarity tiers are still unconfirmed, and one race is reserved for community events and is unobtainable.
